  • contest addressed to students in pre-university vocational education and music, as well as students in university education<\/li>\n
  • the jury made up of Romanian and international musical personalities, with a rich pedagogical and solo activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Contest format<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • a single round in all categories<\/li>\n
    • the classification of competitors is made by age categories and NOT by years of study<\/li>\n
    • “Age” is considered to be years completed on 21 May 2026<\/li>\n
    • participation in the contest will be in alphabetical order<\/li>\n
    • the order of entry into the competition will be established by the organizers and communicated on the website<\/li>\n
    • the results\/prizes\/scores will be communicated at the Awards Gala<\/li>\n
    • jury members can give feedback after the Gala<\/li>\n
    • the trial of the competition\u2019s piano can be made during the breaks between categories<\/li>\n
    • special requests\/situations <\/span><\/span>are NOT admitted (except religious reasons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Registration \/ registration deadlines<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Please note<\/b>: The number of participants is limited <\/b><\/span>for all events (Festival, Competition, Masterclass) and all competition categories (high-school, university, four-hands \/ two pianos).<\/p>\n

      The general deadline for registration is May 4, 2026<\/b><\/span>, for all sections of the event, however registration will close <\/b>if the maximum number of participants is reached<\/b>, depending on the time slot allocated for that section \/ category.<\/p>\n

        Categories A1-A7<\/b>: two works (or parts of works) of your choice, different in style, genre, period. Virtuoso studies are accepted. <\/p>\n

        Category B<\/b>: one or more works, within the imposed time limit<\/p>\n

        Piano section four hands \/ two pianos<\/b>: one or more works (original works, without transcriptions, reductions, arrangements), within the imposed time limit.<\/p>\n

        \n

        Specifications for all sections<\/p>\n

          \n
        • the repertoire will be performed entirely from memory. Exception \u201cfour hands\/two pianos\u201d section <\/li>\n
        • the registered repertoire cannot be changed<\/li>\n
        • registrations that do not specify the programme duration are not accepted<\/li>\n
        • failure to comply with these criteria leads to disqualification\/rejection of registration<\/li>\n
        • participants who do not agree to the GDPR are not accepted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
